Rhonda has worked in the insurance industry since 2000 alongside her husband, Steven. She represents top-rated carriers such as Medical Mutual of Ohio, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Aetna, United Health Care/AARP, Humana and Paramount, Mutual of Omaha and Cigna, as well as others. She holds licenses in 13 states.
 
Known as the “Medicare Diva,” Rhonda specializes in helping clients make Medicare and health insurance purchasing decisions for themselves and their families. Her goal is to find the most affordable and sustainable solutions to meet each client’s unique needs. She strives to simplify the Medicare process and make it simple for people to select the best options for themselves.
 
Rhonda sees each person she works with as family. This warm approach has earned her recognition in the community, including “Best of Toledo Insurance Agent” in the Mature Living Reader’s Choice Awards (2017, 2018, 2024) and runner-up for “Best of Toledo Insurance Agent” in the Toledo City Paper (2018).*
 
Rhonda believes in giving back to her community and is actively involved in several organizations. She is currently a trustee for the Arrowhead Business Park Board, Mercy Toledo Foundation Board and Arrowhead Architectural Committee. She is also a former trustee for Nature’s Nursery and former chairperson of St. Luke’s Hospital Foundation Board.
 
A Waterville resident, Rhonda and her husband, Steven, have five children and six grandchildren. The family enjoys spending time in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, as well as on their family farm with their two their two Australian Labradoodles, Tide Water and Hurley Cayne, and their kitty, Mr. Romeo.
